This past summer and fall, we did a lot of work on roofs for screen porches. The porches were most often an after thought where they were built on top of an existing deck.

90% of these porches were built as a wood frame and installed a wooden screened door. It has been BSR’s experience that these wooden doors last only one season before they do not operate properly.

Our solution is to replace it with a custom aluminium screen door that will last a lifetime. So, while visiting your friends, take note of their screen porch door. If it looks like it could use some repair do your friends a favor and let them know that you have a business partner that has a permanent solution.
