This week we will want to talk about Ed Cross of Ed’s Flooring America. We first saw Ed on TV. You might have seen him in the Ed’s Flooring America commercial. He’s the handsome guy with the beard and smile, happily waving.

On a more serious note, we all know that Ed takes his flooring business very seriously. He guarantees satisfaction for all his customers. If there is ever a problem, even something beyond his control, he will find a solution and take care of it himself. On a personal note, BSR Service’s sent two customers to his showroom in Hooksett, NH. Both got back to us saying, “he has a beautiful showroom with lots of flooring displays”.
